Custom Manufacturing
This page explains how a custom order moves through our factory, from the artwork you send to the finished kit that lands with your team.
Decoration methods
- Full-sublimation printing – edge-to-edge colour and graphics dyed into the fabric so they never crack, fade or peel.
- Cut & sew construction – panelled patterns, contrast piping and tailored fits instead of print applied to a blank.
- Embroidery & appliqué – raised crests, tackle-twill numbers and woven badges for a premium finish.
- Screen & transfer printing – durable names, numbers and sponsor marks on stock or sublimated garments.
Fabrics
We match fabric to sport: moisture-wicking interlock and pique knits for field sports, heavier durable shells and mesh for contact sports, and brushed fleece for warm-ups. Fabric weights and compositions are confirmed with your quote.
Minimums and lead times
Minimum order quantities depend on the garment and decoration method, and lead time depends on order size and season. Both are confirmed in writing with your quote and locked at sample sign-off.
Artwork requirements
- Vector logo files (AI, EPS or PDF) where possible, or the highest-resolution raster you have
- Pantone (solid coated) references for exact colour matching
- Player name and number lists in a spreadsheet for team-packed orders
